Restoration Yarns

Restoration yarns is a superior line of wool yarn created specifically for the restoration of a wide range of handmade, antique rugs, and textiles. The line has been thoughtfully conceived by Teddy Varndell and Robert Mann who have decades of combined knowledge in textiles and wool materials.
Synthetically dyed with a blend of Navajo Churro (for brilliance and strength), hard luster fleece, and mohair. Undyed wool options are available as well
While made with the needs of rug restorers in mind, this yarn is still an excellent choice for: Needlepoint, Knitting, Crochet, Embroidery, Weaving and more

We currently stock three varieties of Restoration Yarns:
Fine – Tubes of 2/6 fine yarn (370 yards)
Coarse .86 – A 480-yard-per-pound Bulky weight single
Coarse 1.5 – An 840 yard-per-pound Aran weight single
